salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assist the Director with daily operations, including managing billing, running payroll, correcting timesheets, tracking attendance, and handling enrollment records.
- Compliance & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate child, staff, and center documentation in strict accordance with OSSE and Educare requirements; monitor classroom compliance and safety logs.
- Communication & Coordination: Serve as a welcoming, professional point of contact for parents, teachers, and vendors; coordinate family tours, enrollment inquiries, and center events.
- Staff & Onboarding Support: Assist with new hire onboarding, maintain staff training documentation, and coordinate schedules for teachers and maintenance/cleaning staff.
- Proactive Office Oversight: Prepare OSSE/meal count reports, manage ongoing paperwork processes, and step in to oversee center operations in the Director's absence to ensure smooth daily flow.
