Engineering Manager wanted for Our Client in Everett, WA. Requires an Engineering BS, a mechanical focus, Aerospace (AS9100) backround and 7+ yrs management experience. Join Our Client to drive innovation and lead cutting-edge aerospace manufacturing projects! Relocation Assistance Available!

responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Our Client's engineering team, overseeing staff development, recruitment, and performance evaluations.

• Coordinate and direct New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, seamlessly integrating them into complex manufacturing environments.

• Evaluate new business opportunities, prepare cost estimates and technical proposals, and manage the department's expense budget.

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure on-time delivery of engineering deliverables while meeting site goals.

• Optimize existing products and processes while enforcing safety practices, continuous improvement, and strict aerospace quality standards.
