Position Overview
The assembly technician is focused on supporting the highest standards of safety, quality, and teamwork to ensure every job meets
the customer’s requirements and exceeds expectations.

• Safety is of upmost importance in leading across production operations.
• Facilitate effective communication in a cross functional team setting.
• Ensure quality standards are met and enforced.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform mechanical assembly and electrical testing of electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Identify product non-conformances immediately upon discovery.
• Participate in root cause corrective action measures to prevent recurring non-conformances and escaping defects.
• Adhere to defined work instructions and processes to produce consistent high-quality work.
• Work and communicate in a highly professional and respectful manner with colleagues and customers alike. Success in this
position will require the development of cooperative, cross-functional, team-based relationships that are based on strong,
professional communication and clear understanding of objectives.
Requirements:
• Extensive hands-on experience with electro-mechanical assemblies and troubleshooting.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical documentation: Specifications, Procedures, Drawings, and Manuals.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles preferred.
• J-STD-101 and IPC-A-610 certification preferred.
