Are you interested in working with children and making a meaningful impact? Burton Behavioral Interventions Corp. (BBIC) is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians —no active RBT or RBAI certification required to apply.
About the Role
As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based practices under the supervision of a BCBA.

-Requirement to complete a 40-hour RBT/RBAI training independently

Job Responsibilities
-Provide direct, one-on-one behavioral intervention services
-Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision
-Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
-Collect and record data on client progress
-Respond to behaviors with professionalism and patience
Minimum Requirements
-High school diploma or GED required
-Willingness to complete 40-hour RBT/RBAI training independently
-Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Ability to pass a background check
Preferred (Not Required)
-Experience working with children or individuals with autism
-Coursework in psychology, education, or related field
