Responsibilities
Position Summary: Support finance operations including customer/vendor contract administration, pricing, rebates, billing, and invoice processing. Research transaction exceptions and implement solutions to optimize billing workflows.
Key Responsibilities: - Research unmatched customer shipment transactions to assign appropriate PO numbers and cost center allocations.
- Analyze line exceptions and identify root causes behind customer-specific transaction behaviors.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve recurring billing issues.
- Participate in team meetings to review financial metrics and open issues.
- Ensure adherence to financial controls, processes, and service level goals.
Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or billing operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, or equivalent work experience.
- Hands-on proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
- strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
