Salary:
  • $85,000–$100,000 annually (based on experience)
  • Profit-sharing opportunities
  • Performance incentive opportunities
  • 8 days of Paid Time Off
  • One full week of paid time off during the Christmas holiday closure
  • Hybrid schedule (2 remote days per week)
 
Job Summary:
A growing pediatric behavioral health clinic is seeking a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its clinical team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to develop individualized ABA treatment plans, mentor clinical staff, collaborate with families, and make a lasting impact on the lives of children with autism and other developmental needs.
Whether you're an experienced BCBA or a newly certified clinician, you'll join a supportive environment focused on clinical excellence, collaboration, and professional growth.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and monitor client progress using evidence-based practices.
  • Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical staff.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers to ensure continuity of care.
  • Modify treatment plans based on client progress and clinical data.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
  • Address client and staff concerns professionally while promoting a positive team environment.
  • Stay current with ABA best practices through ongoing professional development.
  • Perform additional clinical duties as needed.
 
Qualifications:
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience providing ABA services to pediatric clients preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for improving outcomes for children and their families through evidence-based care.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
