What You'll Do:
Decommissioning of network and cabling infrastructure in a Data Center environment
Deliver sustainable and repeatable solutions and processes, always with an eye on improvement.
Provide structured feedback on project progress to Stakeholders.
Exhibit quality workmanship on all work and maintain Data Center cleanliness
Follow all production, safety and quality standards, codes, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with various Stakeholders to remove project obstacles.
Reading and comprehending blueprints and building documentation/redline work.
Broad understanding of Data Center infrastructure technologies
4 + years In-depth knowledge of Cat 5, Cat 6
3 +years of in-depth knowledge of network cabling, optic types, and test equipment, such as VFL, power meter, Fluke Versive 5000 and OTDR
3+ years' experience with cabling infrastructure best practices and methodologies
3+ years' experience troubleshooting cabling infrastructure connectivity issues, including patch panels and patch cords.
What You'll Need:
Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency.
Must have experience working in data centers, telco, IT operations, or related technical field.
Any server, OS, Network, or data center certification (including in-progress) are a plus.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must be a professional, accurate, urgent and provide quality.
Ability to work alone or in teams with minimal instruction.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Business Systems Sr Analyst position is $85,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the Business Systems Sr Analyst position is $100,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
