Ink Connect are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with their inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously

Minimum requirements:
Qualifications

* Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
