What You'll Be Doing

As a Commercial Roofer , you'll install, repair, and maintain commercial flat roofing systems on projects throughout Wisconsin. Working alongside an experienced crew, you'll help deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining Wenger's commitment to safety, teamwork, and excellence.

You'll work with:

  • Commercial flat roofing systems
  • Roofing membranes and insulation systems
  • Flashing and edge metal
  • Roofing adhesives and fastener systems
  • Hand tools and power tools
  • Ladders, lifts, and other construction equipment

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the installation and repair of commercial flat roofing systems.
  • Performing general construction tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and jobsite cleanup.
  • Installing and replacing roofing materials using hand and power tools.
  • Following all OSHA regulations and Wenger Construction safety standards.
  • Working efficiently with your crew to complete projects safely and on schedule.
  • Learning and applying new commercial roofing techniques and installation methods.
  • Assisting with lifting, staging materials, and installing roofing components.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.

What We're Looking For

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • At least 2 years of construction experience .
  • Commercial flat roofing experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate.
  • Experience safely operating hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • A positive attitude, dependable attendance, and willingness to learn.
  • The ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 75 pounds and working at heights.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel to jobsites throughout Wisconsin (no overnight travel required).
