Job Description

LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading provider in vehicle collision repair to hire a motivated and detail-oriented Call Center Specialist. This is a permanent, fully remote opportunity supporting a high-volume customer experience team. Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus and will be highly valued in this Call Center Specialist role.

Hours for this Call Center Specialist position are 10:30 a.m.–7 p.m. CT, with one Saturday per month from 8 a.m.–12 p.m. CT.

Call Center Specialist Responsibilities:
• Schedule customers for collision repair and estimate appointments
• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications professionally
• Assist with rental reservations and tow scheduling
• Prioritize and manage daily tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate empathy, confidence and strong communication in every interaction
• Respond to inquiries and resolve customer issues with accuracy
• Multitask across multiple communication channels
• Follow department processes to maintain productivity and work quality
• Maintain company-issued equipment and report issues promptly
• Ensure customer and company information remains confidential
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Call Center Specialist Requirements:
• Prior work-from-home experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a major plus
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work rotating Saturdays (overtime eligible)
• Reliable and stable internet connection suitable for remote work
