Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our banking operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and verifying high volumes of sensitive financial and client information into our secure database. If you have typing skills, a sharp eye for spotting discrepancies, and a commitment to maintaining absolute confidentiality, this is a great opportunity to build a stable career in the financial industry.

salary: $18.31 - $18.32 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Training is held only Mon – Fri 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM for 2 weeks, the candidate will then report to one of the below shifts after training.
  
  
  Thurs – Mon (5x8) 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
  Thurs – Sun (4x10) 7:00 AM 5:30 PM
• Use full keyboard and numeric pad.
• Enter data based on customer instructions and screen prompts
• Acknowledge out of balance transactions
• Complete all tasks by customer’s specified deadlines.
• Communicate computer system problems
