Delivery Driver Responsibilities

• Provide strong customer service by delivering orders promptly and taking phone and in-shop orders with a smile
• Ensure all items are correct and delivered on time
• Drive safely, defensively, and courteously at all times
• Work alongside in-shop crew members, gaining excellent menu knowledge
• Accurately handle money and make change efficiently
• Learn and use the safest, quickest routes within the delivery area

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 18 years old with at least two years of safe driving history
• Possess a vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and maintain a professional vehicle image
• Pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Records) driving check
• Work as an in-shop crew member when not delivering

Benefits and Pay

• Starting pay between $13.00-$15.00/hr, depending on experience and availability
• Keep all tips earned during deliveries
• Receive Driver Maintenance Reimbursement (DMR) at the federal rate of $0.72/mile
