$22.00-$24.00 + Per Hour (30 hrs a week)

• Schedule:  
• Friday - Monday 
• Shift:  
• AM: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM 
• PM: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM 
• 5 years of safe driving history; prefer commercial driving experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in fleet operations and/or precision driving.

In this role, you will monitor vehicle software systems while upholding safe operational protocols and full legal compliance.
● Execute specific test cases (e.g., navigating construction zones, roundabouts, heavy pedestrian traffic, etc.) and document system performance accordingly.
● Provide concise, high-quality verbal and written feedback on non-ideal vehicle behaviors and edge-case scenarios.
● Perform pre-and-post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring sensors (LiDAR, Cameras, Radar) are clean and report major operational concerns accordingly.
● Work directly with Software and Hardware Engineers to troubleshoot issues identified during your shift(s).

Day to Day Operations as a Commercial Driver :

• Drive test vehicles for 4–8 hours daily on predefined routes, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections to confirm roadworthiness and address any maintenance needs.
• Conduct basic software operations to support real-time data collection.
• Accurately document observations, issues, and anomalies encountered during test runs.
• Collaborate with engineers, providing valuable feedback to enhance system performance.
• Assist with vehicle logistics, maintenance coordination, and storage.

Requirements

• 5 Years experienced Driving prefer Uber services, Lyft, Taxi Company driver and or commercial  
• Comfortable driving for extended periods (4–8 hours per day)
• No moving violations within the past 12 months, NO DUIs, or criminal record
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and strict safety guidelines
• Ability to work onsite in both Mountain View and San Francisco.
