Key Responsibilities

• Operate Class A dump trucks safely and efficiently on designated routes
• Transport aggregates and materials to and from job sites
• Perform routine truck and equipment inspections and maintenance
• Ensure loads are properly secured to prevent shifting or damage
• Complete daily paperwork and vehicle inspections accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of the truck inside and out
• Be punctual and ready for both local and out-of-town assignments

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Class A driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience; heavy equipment operation is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
• Physical stamina to handle demanding equipment operation and load handling
• Willingness to be out of town Monday through Friday when necessary
