Ink Connect is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Nashville, TN. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy organizing tasks, coordinating projects, and working collaboratively with different teams to ensure successful project execution. Responsibilities
* Assist with planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities from initiation through completion.
* Maintain project schedules, timelines, and task assignments.
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and action items.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to supervisors.
* Organize and maintain project files, documentation, and reports.
* Communicate with internal departments to ensure project milestones are met.
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
* Previous administrative, coordination, or office experience is helpful but not required.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
