Salary: $99,000 - 139,000 per year Requirements:
- We are looking for a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- We need at least 7 years of progressive experience in IT, ERP platforms, or technical administration, ideally within manufacturing or distribution.
- We require 5+ years of direct, hands-on Epicor ERP administration experience; Epicor Kinetic experience is strongly preferred.
- We need strong technical capability with SSRS reporting and Epicor tools such as BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and the Epicor Administration Console.
- We expect a solid understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, MRP, and accounting workflows.
- We require experience with system upgrades, on-premise or cloud SaaS deployments, and integrations such as APIs, EDI, and third-party systems.
- We need familiarity with IT infrastructure, networking, security principles, and database administration.
- Preferred qualifications include Epicor certification or formal training.
- Preferred experience includes cloud or hybrid environments such as Azure or AWS.
- Preferred knowledge includes Power BI, REST APIs, or related ERP modules.
- Preferred technical experience includes SQL Server, advanced query development, and programming with C#, .NET, or Visual Basic.
- We value project management experience and the ability to lead small to medium ERP initiatives.
- We seek strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- We require the ability to communicate effectively in English with coworkers, supervisors, and third parties.
Responsibilities: - We administer, configure, maintain, and support our Epicor ERP environment, including upgrades, patches, integrations, and performance tuning.
- We establish ERP governance standards for change control, naming conventions, and data consistency.
- We manage user access, security roles, permissions, licensing, and compliance.
- We develop and maintain BAQs, BPM workflows, dashboards, customizations, and SSRS reports.
- We troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement lasting fixes.
- We support ERP implementations, migrations, data conversions, and integrations with other business systems.
- We partner with stakeholders to assess requirements and convert them into functional and technical solutions.
- We monitor system performance, backups, and disaster recovery processes to protect stability and data integrity.
- We create and maintain documentation, training materials, workflows, and best practices for end users and our IT team.
- We provide end-user support, training, and guidance on Epicor functionality.
- We stay current on Epicor updates, new features, and industry best practices.
- We support and lead future ERP enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives to expand Epicor capabilities and improve connectivity across systems.
- We comply with EH&S policies, regulatory requirements, and company rules, and we support a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.
- We report unsafe conditions or practices and help drive prompt resolution of potential hazards.
- We attend scheduled EH&S training and actively contribute to EH&S goals and improvement efforts.
