Commercial Construction Estimator

What You'll Do
* Prepare detailed and accurate estimates, budgets, and proposals for ground-up and renovation projects.
* Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work to identify cost-saving opportunities and risk factors.
* Lead and coordinate subcontractor and supplier pricing, ensuring timely and complete bid coverage.
* Work closely with Preconstruction and Project Management teams to transition awarded projects seamlessly into execution.
* Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, clients, and design partners throughout the process.
What You Bring
* 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience with a general contractor.
* Strong background in conceptual, schematic, and hard-bid estimating.
* Proficiency with estimating software
* Solid understanding of construction means, methods, and materials across multiple sectors.
* A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
