We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Experienced Printing Press Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As a Printing Press Operator, you will gain comprehensive exposure to prepress operations, color management, layout design.

Press Setup — Prepare printing presses for production, including installing plates, adjusting rollers, mixing inks, and calibrating color.
Machine Operation — Run offset, digital, flexographic, or screen‑printing presses according to job specifications.
Quality Control — Inspect printed materials for color accuracy, registration, clarity, and consistency throughout the run.
Maintenance Tasks — Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs to keep equipment in optimal condition.
Troubleshooting Issues — Identify and resolve printing defects such as streaks, smudges, misalignment, or ink imbalance.
Material Handling — Load paper, substrates, and ink; monitor supply levels; and coordinate with inventory teams.
Documentation — Maintain accurate production logs, job tickets, and maintenance records.
Safety Compliance — Follow OSHA and company safety protocols when operating machinery and handling chemicals.
Mechanical Aptitude — Ability to understand and work with mechanical systems.
Color Theory Knowledge — Understanding of CMYK, Pantone matching, and ink behavior.
Attention to Detail — Ability to spot print defects quickly and accurately.
Physical Stamina — Ability to stand for long periods, lift 40–60 lbs, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
Technical Skills — Experience with offset, digital, flexo, or screen‑printing equipment.
