Financial Analyst – FP&A (Global Workforce & Infrastructure) Location: Santa Clara, CA

Role Overview We are seeking a Financial Analyst, FP&A to join our Global Workforce & Infrastructure (GWI) team. In this high-impact position, you will drive key planning activities, manage budget cycles, analyze spending allocations, and align financial strategies across Corporate Functions FP&A teams.
The ideal candidate works comfortably across all levels of leadership, leverages data to build actionable analytics, enhances financial reporting, and thrives in regular business cycle operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Cost Tracking & Optimization: Own cost-improvement reporting tracks; utilize AI and enterprise tools to establish transparent, auditable tracking frameworks across geographies and business segments.
- Financial Modeling: Build expense and capital management models to support strategic GWI decision-making.
- Forecast & AOP Execution: Support quarterly forecast cycles and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), ensuring accurate data load into forecasting systems of record.
- Rolling Forecast Models: Maintain rolling forecast models that integrate top-down guidance constraints with bottom-up operational inputs.
- Leadership Deliverables: Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior leadership, featuring deep-dive actuals vs. plan variance analysis.
- Process Automation: Streamline management reporting, centralize analytics, and automate manual routines.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; 2–5 years of FP&A experience.
- Core Skills: Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial planning. Proven ability to translate complex data into concise, strategic insights.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, large datasets, automation). Experience with SAP, SAP BPC, Anaplan, or Tableau.
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI-enabled finance tools and advanced analytics.

Responsibilities
Own various cost improvement performance tracks reporting
- Drive financial modeling and analysis to support expense and capital management for GWI
- Utilize AI and enterprise tools to develop and maintain a cost tracking framework that is transparent, auditable, and consistently applied across geographies and business segments.
- Support the quarterly forecast and annual operating plan (AOP) processes by handling the process of getting forecasts loaded into forecasting systems of record.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for senior Finance and GWI leadership, including actuals vs. plan variance commentary.
- Maintain and improve rolling forecast models that reflect both top-down guidance constraints and bottom-up operational inputs.
- Lead the effort in streamlining management reporting and centralizing information and analytics
