FL-DBPR-CTMH-Compliance Officer - ASSIGNMENT IS APPROXIMATELY 11 WEEKS IN LENGTH

FL-DBPR-Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes - Compliance Officer

Position: Pay Rate $$.$$: $$.$$hr / Vendor Rate $$.$$: $$.$$hr

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Professional office, business casual

WORK LOCATIONS: Candidate can select one of the following work locations:

• 8550 NW 33rd St., Suite 401, Doral, FL 33122
• 2601 Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, FL 32399

CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES:

** Contact constituents/complainants to discuss the details of the complaints that are filed.
** Read state statute and compare with complaints to analyze the issue.
** Communicating with the public, so good customer service skills are a MUST.
** Advise c omplainant of the Division s jurisdiction and that the case is being closed and for what reason.
** P rovide any resources or referrals, as appropriate.
** Se nd a written correspondence to the complainant once approved by the supervisor.
** C lose the case out by adding the appropriate codes/activities/statues in Versa.
** D ocument the actions in the OnBase system.

CANDIDATE REQUIRED SKILLS:

** Communicate verbally and in writing appropriately
** Read and interrupt Florida statutes
** Previous experience working with the public in a professional work environment
** Exceptional organizational skills
** Commit to the project time line
