Millennium Construction is hiring General Construction Laborers to support our concrete streetscape and heavy highway projects throughout Western New York.

Members of local labor unions are preferred (ex. 210, 91, 435, 621, etc.) We are a women-owned construction company specializing in commercial concrete, site work, streetscapes, and infrastructure projects. Our crews work hard, take pride in what they build, and support one another on every job.This is physical, hands-on work and were looking for people who show up ready to work.
____ What You'll Do: Assist with concrete sidewalks, curbs, streetscapes, and roadway work Perform site preparation, grading, and cleanup Support equipment operators and carpenters Load and unload materials Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Follow strict job site safety procedures ____ What Were Looking For: Construction or outdoor labor experience preferred Ability to perform physical work (lifting 50+ lbs. regularly) Dependable and punctual Comfortable working in a team environment Willingness to work overtime during peak season Valid drivers license preferredWe are willing to train motivated individuals who are serious about building a career in construction.
