Full spectrum General Surgery with diverse case mix
Endoscopy skills put to regular use
Level III Trauma Center experience with manageable volume but meaningful acuity
Balanced surgical schedule: approximately 20 major and 42 minor procedures monthly
Average daily patient volume of 14, allowing for quality patient interactions
