Job Summary (Genesys Cloud Admin):


- Administer and support Genesys Cloud CX or similar CCaaS platforms with 3+ years of experience.
- Provide application support for financial institution systems (e.g., core banking, CRM, check imaging).
- Configure systems, manage vendor relationships, and oversee release/change control processes.
- (Preferred) Work with Jack Henry technologies, especially Symitar Episys.
- Handle Genesys Cloud CX administration, APIs, integrations, and TTEC Smart Apps.
- Implement and maintain IVRs, workforce engagement tools, digital channels, and chatbot functions.
- Understand cloud infrastructure, security protocols, and compliance standards.
- Create basic system reports and assist with data analysis for business units.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including courtesy, tact, and diplomacy, in frequent interactions inside and outside the organization.
