Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated

GIS Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for creating, analyzing, and maintaining geographic information systems (GIS) data using Esri ArcGIS Pro. Your work will directly support the company’s strategic goals by delivering high-quality geospatial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Geospatial Database Management: Develop and manage geospatial databases using strong data modeling skills.
• Data Creation & Editing: Create and edit spatial data using ArcGIS Pro.
• Spatial Analysis: Perform spatial analyses to identify trends, patterns, and relationships in data, offering valuable insights to stakeholders.
• Cartographic Design: Design and generate high-quality maps and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Automation: Automate workflows and processes using Python scripting to improve efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and project success.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Environmental Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of professional experience working with GIS systems, particularly Esri ArcGIS Pro.
• Strong understanding of data models and data creation techniques.
• Experience with Python scripting for GIS automation is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
