Position Summary
The Head of Recruitment Light Industrial Staffing is responsible for leading the recruitment delivery function, ensuring the timely and quality fulfillment of client staffing requirements. This role drives recruitment strategy, team performance, process excellence, and client satisfaction while building a high-performing delivery organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the recruitment delivery team across multiple locations.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet client hiring demands.
Ensure achievement of fill rate, time-to-fill, quality of hire, and productivity targets.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for light industrial roles.
Coach, mentor, and develop recruiters and recruitment managers.
Partner with Sales and Operations to align recruitment with business needs.
Monitor recruitment KPIs and implement continuous process improvements.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and client requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
8 12 years of staffing industry experience, including leadership in light industrial recruitment.
Proven success leading high-volume recruitment delivery teams.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Experience with ATS, recruitment technologies, and workforce planning.
