Current Texas RN license in good standing
Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience
Current Texas LVN license in good standing
Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience
Current Texas CNA certification in good standing
Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable professional caregiving experience (home care agency or facility)
High School Diploma or GED
Current CPR/BLS Certification (In-Person Course Only)
Negative TB Skin Test or Chest X-ray within the past 12 months
Valid Texas Driver's License
Current Auto Insurance
Reliable Transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and assisting clients with mobility.
