What To Expect
Consider before submitting an application: This position is expected to start August 2026 and continue through the entire Fall term (i.e., through December) or into early Spring 2027, if available. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time, for most internships.
International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.

The Energy Services Transformation & Analytics team is embedded in daily operations, supporting both near-term execution and long-term planning. Team members are expected to partner closely with the business to analyze technical data, provide recommendations, and lead cross-functional decision-making and implementation of the recommendations.
What You'll Do Perform Advanced SQL queries on massive datasets to create analytics that provide insight to drive action using various SQL languagesCreate and maintain insightful data visualization dashboards (using Tableau and similar tools)Create and maintain data ELT pipelines using Python and Airflow schedulingAutomate operationsSupport internal stakeholdersDocument technical details for inter-team and intra-team communicationUse Git and Jira for workflow tracking
What You'll Bring Currently pursuing a Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics/Science or related field or equivalent in experienceStrong knowledge of SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau)Demonstrated experience building data pipelines using AirflowExperience with Git or other source control softwareExperience with using AI and prompt engineering to support work

Expected Compensation
$25.00 - $50.00/hour + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
