Manufacturing Operations Manager – Food & Beverage | Northeast | Relocation Assistance Available

Overview:
Are you an experienced manufacturing leader in the food, beverage, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries ? We're seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager to drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement across our production operations. This role offers relocation assistance for the right candidate and the opportunity to lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and production targets .
• Use KPIs and PDCA problem-solving to drive process improvements.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and throughput.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture .
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, SOPs, OSHA, and FDA standards .
• Oversee material availability, product quality, and on-time delivery.
• Support new product launches and workforce planning.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of production management experience in food, beverage, biotech, or pharmaceutical manufacturing .
• Proven success with Lean Manufacturing , continuous improvement, and Daily Management Systems .
• Strong knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, OSHA, and FDA regulations .
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams .
