Job Description

Role: Material Handler
Location: Grand Junction, Colorado Job Summary:
We are seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse and production operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The Material Handler will be responsible for receiving, sorting, staging, packaging, unpackaging, storing, and retrieving equipment and parts while maintaining quality and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities:

Package, unpackage, sort, stage, and prepare units and materials for production.
Put away and pull equipment, parts, and materials as needed.
Perform accurate data entry into company systems using a PC.
Maintain required quality and productivity performance levels.
Work efficiently in a high-speed, high-volume warehouse and production environment.
Meet or exceed daily production goals, targeting 80% or higher productivity .
Maintain accurate material and production records.
Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe.
Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Perform additional warehouse and material handling duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Basic computer skills and experience with PC-based systems.
Ability to perform accurate data entry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to meet daily production and performance goals.
Ability to communicate effectively in English .
Reliable, organized, and safety-conscious work approach.
