Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Scheduling Specialist to support our daily operational workflow and ensure seamless service delivery. In this dynamic role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for staffing shifts, managing schedule updates, handling client communications, and coordinating with field personnel.
salary: $20 - $23 per hour

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities - Shift & Coverage Management: Staff open shifts promptly, coordinate new cases, and actively monitor schedules to eliminate coverage gaps.
- Client & Team Communication: Handle high-volume phone inquiries with exceptional professionalism, relay essential updates, and ensure field staff receive critical plan-of-care notes.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately record shift changes, call notes, and operational information within scheduling databases and cloud repositories.
- Cross-Departmental Support: Assist administrative teams during peak operational hours to ensure high-quality, uninterrupted service.
Qualifications & Requirements - Experience: 1–3 years of administrative or office coordination experience. Experience in home care, healthcare operations, or high-volume staffing environments is highly desirable.
- Customer Service & Communication: Exceptional phone etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and internal teams.
- Technical Proficiency: "Computer savvy" with experience using cloud-based platforms and standard Microsoft software suite.
- Key Traits:C ritical thinking, high attention to detail, conflict management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
