We are seeking a highly autonomous, channel-fluent, and growth-oriented Meta Ads Specialist to manage, deploy, and optimize high-velocity paid acquisition strategies across our diverse client portfolio under a permanent, full-time remote configuration based in Eastern Europe (including Serbia, North Macedonia, Romania, Croatia, Poland, and Bulgaria). In this high-leverage digital advertising seat, you will hold absolute technical ownership over ad budgets, audience creation pipelines, and tracking architectures. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated administrative data entry logs, entry-level social posting calendars, or general inbound helpline ticketing, you will operate an active cross-functional media buying, data-driven telemetry setup, and multi-tenant conversion optimization laboratory. Partnering directly next to internal creative designers, development cells, and client stakeholders, you will act as a client-facing authority presenting technical performance roadmaps. This position requires an agency veteran with 3–4 years of digital marketing history who handles media metrics fluidly natively using Facebook Ads Manager, Copywriter, and Social Media Manager primitives, balances high-volume account structures seamlessly, and executes flawlessly on fixed schedules synchronized to US Central Standard Time (CST).
