Title : MuleSoft Architect (FSL Integration Focus)
Location: Remote (with travel after 17 weeks), locations may include Tampa, Rochester, St. Louis, or other sites

Responsibilities
Design and implement enterprise‑grade MuleSoft integrations from the ground up
Lead integrations between Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) and enterprise platforms
Support large‑scale, multi‑system integration initiatives across multiple charter systems
Architect solutions to integrate MuleSoft and FSL into existing platforms
Work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure scalable, reliable integrations
Support critical business initiatives impacting large technician populations
Document architecture decisions, integration patterns, and best practices
Required Qualifications
7–8+ years of experience in enterprise integration or architecture roles
Strong hands‑on MuleSoft architecture and implementation experience
Experience integrating Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL)
Proven experience implementing integrations from scratch
Background working in large enterprise environments
(e.g., Cox, Comcast, Time Warner, or similar scale)
Experience integrating MuleSoft with multiple downstream systems
Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting large field technician environments
Prior involvement in telecom or utilities implementations
Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem beyond FSL
