Texas Health Action is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at our Central Texas Austin Kind Clinic's to evaluate, plan, and provide care for patients in consultation with and under direct supervision of the attending Physician. This is a full-time, exempt position requiring 40 hours a week with some night and weekend hours.
The ideal candidate for the NP/PA role maintains effective communication with patients, staff and physicians, provides patient care in a competent, professional and courteous manner, and keeps abreast of current research and incorporates relevant findings into specific areas of clinical practice.

Compensation
Based on job duties and requirements, this position is in salary band 49 and has an annual rate starting at $111,701. Initial annual rate will be based on a hired candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
Signing Bonus
We are excited to offer a $7,000 signing bonus as a welcome to our team. You’ll receive $3,000 with your first paycheck after signing, an additional $2,000 at six months, and the final $2,000 at your one-year anniversary.
Relocation Bonus Eligibility
This position may be eligible for a relocation bonus for candidates relocating from 100 miles or more outside of the greater Austin area .
