Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate, experienced native English teacher to deliver high-quality online English instruction to Chinese children and teenagers aged 5–18. The ideal candidate will help students improve their reading, writing, and oral communication skills through engaging, interactive lessons.

Working Hours
• Weekdays (Mon–Fri): 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM (Beijing Time)
• Weekends (Sat–Sun): 2:30 PM – 9:30 PM (Beijing Time)
• Fixed weekly teaching hours: minimum 8 class periods (1 hour per period) within the above time slots.
• More teaching shifts will be offered to teachers with excellent teaching performance.

Responsibilities
1.Teach English to children and teenagers aged 5–18, with a focus on improving reading, writing, and oral speaking skills.
2.Deliver lessons by properly using our teaching materials according to students' proficiency levels and learning objectives.
3.Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching methods as needed.
4.Maintain an interactive, engaging, and positive classroom atmosphere that motivates students to learn.
5.Be punctual for all scheduled classes and prepare lessons in advance.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Requirements
•Age: Under 40 years old
•Accent: Native-level, clear English accent
•Gender: Female teachers preferred
•Certification: Recognized TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate (required)
•Personal Qualities: Punctual, responsible, and reliable
Language & Nationality
•Native English speakers from the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, or other native English-speaking countries are preferred.
Teaching Experience
•3 years or more of solid English teaching experience.
•Proficient in teaching with Cambridge mainstream textbooks, including but not limited to:
