Labor Compliance & Risk Control: Monitor Italian labor laws and union regulations to ensure all HR policies, contracts, and dismissals are 100% compliant, mitigating overseas employment risks. Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee accurate local salary calculations, tax filings, social security, and statutory welfare declarations. Cross-Cultural Integration: Design and implement cross-cultural onboarding programs and team-building activities to foster integration between Chinese expats and local Italian employees.
