We are launching a critical Product Information Management (PIM) initiative and are looking for a Product Data Associate to join our team in Bay Shore. This unique, hands-on role perfectly balances physical material handling with data management. You will be responsible for operating an order picker to retrieve high-quality finished goods, using cutting-edge scanning equipment (Cubiscan) to capture precise dimensions, and logging that data into Excel.

Responsibilities
- Inventory Sourcing & Retrieval: Safely operate order picker (cherry picker) equipment at elevated heights to locate and retrieve specified finished goods based on inventory lists.
- Product Verification: Ensure 100% data accuracy by visually cross-referencing and matching physical product part numbers, serial codes, and descriptions against system records.
- Advanced Product Scanning: Utilize specialized Cubiscan equipment to precisely capture physical dimensions, volume, and weights of various warehouse products.
- Data Entry & Management: Log all captured product specifications into Master Excel spreadsheets cleanly and efficiently, ensuring zero data-entry typos.
- Quality Assurance & Validation: Perform systematic data alignment and validation checks to ensure physical measurements perfectly match the corresponding digital profiles.
- Material Staging & Logistics: Organize, sort, and stage materials systematically throughout the data acquisition process to maintain a smooth operational flow.
- Discrepancy Reporting: Proactively identify and escalate any inventory variances, labeling errors, or data inconsistencies to the project supervisor immediately.
- EHS Compliance (Environment, Health, & Safety): Strictly adhere to all warehouse safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and pre-use equipment inspections while wearing mandatory PPE at all times.
