Production Associate/Assembler

Hourly Pay: $23.00/hour

Shifts Available: 2nd shift

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble radiators and radiator coils according to work orders, blueprints, and written instructions
• Measure, cut, and assemble metal and component parts using hand tools and measuring devices
• Accurately read tape measures daily to ensure parts meet exact specifications
• Use power drills and hand tools to fasten metal brackets and components with screws
• Inspect completed assemblies to verify quality and accuracy
• Maintain consistent production output and meet standard time expectations
• Follow all safety procedures and quality guidelines
• Keep workstation clean, organized, and compliant with workplace standards
• Communicate any issues with materials, equipment, or product quality to supervisors

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to read and understand tape measures accurately (required)
• Basic experience using hand tools and power tools such as drills
• Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings (preferred)
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Work Environment

• Manufacturing and assembly floor setting
• Exposure to machinery, tools, and moving parts
• PPE required as designated (safety glasses, gloves, etc.)

This is a Permanent position based out of Chaska, MN.

The pay range for this position is $45780.00 - $47860.00/yr.
