This position reports to: Production Manager

Key Responsibilities - Entry-level assembly work involving manual tasks or use of light hand tools to create semi-finished or final products, systems, panels, and packaging integrated with production lines.
- Quality control responsibilities, including regular testing as part of a defined production process, with skill requirements based on product type and complexity.
- Compliance with health & safety guidelines, reporting any non-compliance while maintaining a safe work environment.
- Adherence to standard operating procedures, ensuring a clean workspace and efficient shop floor operations.
Qualifications - Educational requirement: High School diploma or GED.
- Key Skills: Strong organization, attention to detail, and task management with minimal supervision.
- Personal attributes: Self-motivated, willing to develop skills, and an excellent team player with strong written and oral communication.
- Work authorization: Must already have permission to work for ABB in the U.S.
