We are committed to providing affirming, culturally responsive therapy for LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, disabled, BIPOC, immigrant, and other historically marginalized communities.

We value clinicians who approach their work with humility, curiosity, cultural responsiveness, and a commitment to creating spaces where clients can show up fully as themselves.

What You'll Do

• Provide ethical, affirming psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups.
• Build and maintain a minimum caseload of 10 client sessions per week.
• Respond promptly to referrals and client communication.
• Complete documentation and billing in accordance with practice expectations.
• Participate as desired in consultation and contribute to a collaborative clinical community.
• Continue developing professionally through consultation, learning, and peer collaboration.

Requirements

• Are fully licensed in Minnesota (LMFT, LICSW, LPCC, LP, or equivalent).

Experience serving LGBTQIA+ communities, neurodivergent clients, individuals with chronic illness or disability, relational clients, or other underserved populations is highly valued, though we welcome clinicians with a wide range of specialties and clinical approaches.

We're looking for clinicians who value both independence and accountability—not because someone is watching, but because shared standards create a better experience for clients, colleagues, and the practice as a whole.
