Receptionist/Office Assistant Details:
We are seeking a dependable and professional Receptionist/Office Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent phone etiquette, office experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This person should be friendly, organized, confident, and able to interact professionally with visitors, employees, vendors, and customers.
Receptionist/Office Assistant Qualifications:
* Previous receptionist, office assistant, administrative, or clerical experience preferred
* Strong communication skills, professional phone etiquette, and friendly customer service attitude
* Must be organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in an office setting
* Basic computer skills required, including data entry, email, scanning, copying, and filing
* High school diploma or GED preferred; must be able to pass any required client screening requirements
