Position Summary
The Regional Vice President (RVP) Light Industrial Staffing leads multiple branch operations, driving revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across an assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead regional sales, operations, and business development.
Manage P&L, budgets, and financial performance.
Achieve revenue, profit, and growth targets.
Build and maintain strategic client relationships.
Recruit, coach, and develop branch managers and regional teams.
Monitor KPIs including revenue, gross margin, fill rate, client retention, and safety.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and safety standards.
Identify market opportunities and execute regional growth strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of staffing industry experience, including multi-branch leadership.
Proven success in light industrial staffing, sales leadership, and P&L management.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
