We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Entry-Level Project Coordinator to join our growing team. In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in supporting our lending projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently from initiation to completion. You will collaborate closely with our Lending Specialists and other departments to help facilitate seamless operations and uphold our commitment to exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior team members with the planning and implementation of projects.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure key deadlines are met.
• Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Help monitor project progress and identify and address any issues that arise.
• Organise, attend, and participate in team meetings, taking minutes and tracking action items.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and responsibly in a remote setting.
• A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and contribute to a collaborative team.
• Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role is advantageous but not essential.
