Employee Owned Retail Store Operations Associate

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily retail store operations
• Receive, unpack and process incoming deliveries
• Verify delivery quantities against purchase orders and report discrepancies to management
• Ensure all products are properly labeled and stored according to store procedures.
• Organize the stockroom, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace for easy access to merchandise
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Be willing to help in any capacity necessary to ensure incredible customer experiences

Requirements:

• High school degree
• Previous experience in retail, inventory management, or store operations preferred
• Ability to lift and move merchandise, up to 40 pounds
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work Monday to Friday and weekends
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts
