Description:
is seeking an experienced Safety Adviser to support a major Electrical Data Center project in El Paso, Texas. This role is focused on maintaining high safety standards across complex construction operations while ensuring full OSHA compliance and promoting a proactive workplace safety culture.

The selected candidate will work closely with contractors, subcontractors, executive leadership, and project teams to implement and oversee effective health and safety procedures throughout the project lifecycle. The position requires strong field experience in mission critical or data center construction environments, along with expertise in electrical safety practices.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and enforcing OSHA compliance standards across all project activities
• Managing safety operations for complex electrical construction projects
• Reviewing contractor safety programs and ensuring implementation on-site
• Providing oversight of construction health and safety management systems
• Coordinating with executive leadership regarding contractor safety planning
• Attending safety meetings, project briefings, workshops, and management sessions
• Evaluating subcontractors and contractors to confirm competency and compliance
• Promoting positive workplace safety behavior and continuous improvement initiatives
• Supporting overall project safety performance and incident prevention efforts

Candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with contractors, engineers, project managers, and design teams. Advanced experience working on mission critical facilities or data center construction projects is highly preferred.

Required qualifications include:

• Minimum of 5 years of construction safety management experience
• BCSP Certification required
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E standards and electrical safety practices
• Experience serving as an Owner’s Representative preferred
• Strong background in contractor coordination and compliance oversight
• Proficiency with computer systems and reporting tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
