You will leverage your expertise in automotive sales to achieve targets and mentor your team to success in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.
• Build strong relationships with customers to maximize customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Oversee the entire sales process from initial customer contact to final delivery.
• Collaborate with finance, service, and marketing departments to optimize sales performance.
• Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Recruit, train, and develop new sales team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and automotive industry regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive sales manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive products and industry trends.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
