- Position Type: Hybrid role combining Scrum Master, Project Manager, and Product Owner responsibilities
- Location: Clearwater, FL (locals only; 2-3 days/week onsite, not open to remote)

- Agile/Scrum Knowledge: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Product Owner: Experience or understanding required
- Team Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional software development teams
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills
- Stakeholder Management: Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings and managing competing priorities
