Job Description

Salary: $105,000 - 145,000 per year Requirements:

  • We require a Bachelors degree and 4 years of project management experience in an information technology organization, or a high school diploma/GED and 8 years of project management experience in an information technology organization.
  • We require a Scrum Master certification.
  • We prefer candidates with experience using Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite, and MS Visio.
  • We prefer strong experience with agile delivery approaches, including SAFe, Kanban, and Scrum.
Responsibilities:
  • We lead and support product and software development teams by applying scrum framework values and agile practices.
  • We mentor and motivate teams, strengthen processes, and help remove obstacles that slow progress.
  • We coordinate work using agile principles to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
  • We facilitate communication between external groups and the project team and keep stakeholders informed.
  • We run daily team meetings to review progress, identify roadblocks, and confirm the project stays on track.
  • We host regular updates for product stakeholders on project status and delivery progress.
  • We plan and organize demos as well as product and system testing.
  • We ensure collaborative processes are used effectively and clear impediments for the scrum team.
  • We track project processes, deliverables, and financial information.
  • We prepare and present status reports to stakeholders.
