JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Scrum Master to lead multiple projects in a dynamic environment The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities while ensuring business objectives are met
Key Responsibilities:
1. Agile Leadership
o Facilitate Scrum ceremonies daily standups sprint planning retrospectives reviews
o Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and best practices across teams
2. Project Tracking Documentation
o Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation on Confluence Slack Asana and Jira for all meetings decisions and progress updates
o Track quarterly progress and produce reports for senior management
3. Business Understanding
o Develop a thorough understanding of the business objectives and application functionality for each project
o Align technical deliverables with business goals and KPIs
o Basic understanding of Media Supply Chain and how assets move through an MSC workflow
o Work with agentic workflows help to coordinate the agent registry
4. MultiProject Management
o Handle multiple projects simultaneously adapting quickly to changing priorities and new initiatives
o Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
5. Stakeholder Communication
o Communicate effectively with senior management engineering teams operations and endusers
o Schedule and lead meetings to gather requirements understand pain points and provide updates
6. Proactive Engagement
o Take initiative in setting up discussions clarifying requirements and resolving blockers
