Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree, with an advanced degree preferred.
• We are looking for strong technical expertise, including coding and the application of advanced analytical methods.
• We need proven experience influencing stakeholders and guiding decisions with data.
• We value strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• We partner with stakeholders to understand business strategy, priorities, and key questions.
• We structure ambiguous requests into clear analytical approaches and lead complex projects from end to end.
• We serve as the analytics lead on cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives.
• We acquire and combine structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• We maintain data quality, integrity, and consistency, and help strengthen data quality standards.
• We carry out advanced analyses using sophisticated techniques and machine learning to identify trends and insights.
• We validate methods and raise analytical rigor across the team.
• We create and present executive-ready insights and visualizations.
• We turn analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
• We design, build, and manage recurring reporting and analytics solutions.
• We promote best practices in data visualization and mentor others in effective storytelling.
• We mentor and coach analysts across the team.
• We help build analytics capability through knowledge sharing and training.
• We support special projects and broader team priorities as needed.
