Job Description

Salary: $72,800 - 79,040 per year Requirements:

• We need at least 3 years of graphic design experience, with a strong focus on social and paid media campaigns.
• We need 4 or more years of overall experience in a corporate, agency, or enterprise setting, such as professional services, financial services, or consulting.
• We require advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• We require advanced, non-negotiable MS PowerPoint layout and presentation design skills.
• We need solid working knowledge of print, digital, and social platform specifications.
• We value strong presentation abilities, business acumen, self-management, and a collaborative, low-ego approach.
• We require a portfolio with 5 to 6 curated case studies showing project context, creative challenge, strategic decisions, and visual outcomes.
• We require examples of social and paid media campaigns, video storyboarding, and event or sponsorship branding in the portfolio.
• We need proof of clean, brand-compliant design across proposals, web, presentation decks, and collateral.

• We concept and produce end-to-end campaign assets for social media, paid media, marketing collateral, and sponsorship event branding, including booth and environmental design.
• We lead design consultations with internal business leaders and create polished pitches and proposals using advanced PowerPoint techniques.
• We develop creative briefs, mood boards, and visual storyboards to guide video and animation teams on motion graphics work.
• We manage estimates, timelines, and milestones to keep projects on time and within budget.
• We collaborate with multidisciplinary creatives and Art Directors, offering constructive feedback in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
